What to expect if you are a BSA Philmont Crew leader, Chaplain's aid or Wilderness Pledge Guia.

Philmont has 3 leadership roles for youth.
Crew leader: Leads the crew. They are responsible for organizing the crew, assigning duties and making decisions throughout your time at Philmont.
Chaplain's aid: Leads the crew in the 12 points of the law and helps the crew earn the Duty to God Award. They are over rose, bud and thorns each night.
Wilderness pledge Guia (guide): Helps the crew follow leave no trace and earn the wilderness pledge achievement award.
