How I Get My Hair Pastel Pink & Maintain The Color

Hey!
I answered all the questions I get about how I dye my hair this pastel pink shade. Like I mentioned in the video I get it dyed by a professional because I’m too scared to do it myself hah. I give you all the information about how I keep up with my pink hair color and keep the pastel color from fading. I use the Viral Colorwash shampoo in light pink. I think it works really well but I haven’t tried any other pink shampoos. I also mention two of the products I use to keep my hair healthy and soft. Beautiful colour. I've finally achieved my favourite light pink/peach shade, and I'm afraid to wash it, because I know it's going to fade fast. I cannot bring myself to take cold showers in the winter.

I would recommend using a colored shampoo because it helps a lot! I usually turn the water cold and then back to hot really quickly haha so it isn’t that bad :)

My hair dresser said to use just the viral pink pastel conditioner I leave on 25 to 30 min not the shampoo

I went off a tiktok video and used socks :) I showed how I did it in the beginning of this video. I just sectioned my hair in four sections, two in the front and two in the back. I then split each one of those sections in two and crossed one section back over the sock and the other section over the front of the sock, to make a x. I just repeated those same steps of crossing hair over a sock for every section. I hope that makes sense but you can always watch the other video to see what I did💗

june davis thank you! It was pricey to get it done the first time. I think the cost will depend on how often you get it touched up and how much the hair stylist charges. It’s not as expensive to get my hair touched up but it does add up. I would just talk to some hair stylist and see what they would charge and compare prices :)

sofia loretta my hair felt pretty much the same after dying it. I got it professionally done because I was scared I was going to damage it. My leave in conditioner and hair serum seem to keep my hair pretty healthy. I had never done anything to my hair before this so it didn’t damage it too badly. I have some breakage now but I’ve also changed the color to purple. It’s still pretty soft and healthy though :)
