The single greatest moment in Canadian sports history ive personally seen. What a run and team. Everyone on that roster is etched in Canadian history forever. More than anything it was so rewarding to see Lowry win one after the blood sweat and tears he put in to even put us in a position to win.

This hits even harder now since we've been stuck in Covid the last year and a half. What a high 2019 was for Toronto, one of the best years of my life. I'll never forget this moment. I miss this team
They won this game on my birthday that year. I even out off doing anything to celebrate just to watch this game. Turned into the biggest celebration of all.
2019 really was a special year come to think of it. I still remember pretty vividly as I had turned 16 that august, got my first ever summer job, got lucky to go to two raptor playoff games that year along with the many games i have gone to growing up since the the late bosh days (game 2 against philly and the iconic game 6 vs Milwaukee on my sisters bday as her our gift to her from the title run). This was also the year i went to Jurassic park for the first time (against philly in game 4 when kawhi hit that step back three). And met one of my two of my closest friends to this day that year (whom I both consider brothers for life ), man what a time. I would do anything to get that year back. May not seem that important or exciting to whoever reading this but to me it has impacted me like crazy and will forever be one of my most important years to date.

I was in smalltown strathmore AB and the bar was packed. When Siakim hit the place went crazy. When we won everyone was jumping and hugging. The whole country was behind the team and I never thought I’d see the Raptors win the title in my lifetime.
I will never forget witnessing that shot. I was at this fully occupied Somali cafe in Toronto in this game. Old folks who never cared about basketball were nail biting in this game's last minutes. I was actually late 20 minutes for my job, too.

Man as a Canadian I will never forget that season they made the big trade and they made a crazy season opening video that was saying like we have to move forward and strive for more, and to see them end the season welll, but that philly series and that shot, then the bucks ppl thinking that was where the fairy tale would end, until we saw the series go up and we were like yo, they’re really gonna make the finals!!, I work at Lids, the hat store and I vividly remember seeing the hype go up as more and more ppl came in asking for raptors hats.. idc if there was an injury or two, they worked hard to get there and everything happened by chance like when the warriors beat cavs in 2015.
I knew Kawhi wasnt resigning ....but to this day! He will always be my all time favorite Raptor....he brought/helped bring us to the promise land. Greatest Mercenary ever!

There has never been a bigger celebration crowd wise than the Raptors win. 2 million people in Toronto or flowed into Toronto. The ceremony day, the cameras don't do the length of the crowd justice. Not even the Lakers got this type of celebration. The NBA should do a documentary called The Day Toronto Raptors Took Over Toronto

That Toronto defense was insane. Even though the Warriors had injuries, they were still extremely tough even without Klay and KD and played hella well. Will always miss this team.
