I am a natural woman. I don’t wear weaves, lashes, or nails. On the other hand, I keep my natural hair well groomed, clean face, moisturized lips and my nails gel painted. I could never understand men who claim they love their natural women but always following the opposite on their socials.
Right apart of me is starting to think maybe it’s not true or because of the money that associated with the weaves, lashes, etc. Some TH-camrs say men just don’t want to be responsible for the potential upkeep. Idk which to believe now.

But you know what their argument will be… Women will say well. All of these guys are liking those type of women pictures on social media apps to which I would say be you not her not to mention that the attention that 95% of the men are giving those pictures when they like them it’s purely sexual attention and not relationship attention. This is the greatest thing that women need to learn in terms of interpersonal relationships

Being the loudest and strongest voice at the table doesn’t make you right …. No ! Playing with dolls and doll houses did not represent fantasy... it was to socialize women into the projected Gender Roles. All of the things he said he wanted from a woman... the things that he got from his mother ... we learn from play.... during our play we learn to approximate cooking, cleaning, taking care of and nurturing the babies and maintaining our home. We also learn stewardship from playing with our cash registers and grocery shopping. That's not fantasy... that preparing us for life as a woman. His point about men looking for motherly qualities in their women is also the battle cry of women … we also look for fatherly qualities in our men. The man that grew up with a single mother could have also had a sister who was also expected to nurture her brother when mother went to work. Women want a partnership in their husbands... they don't want sons and little brothers.

Girl you said it all. I am on my husband's tablet and couldn't get this to share to my FB because I didn't log him out. The two black males seemed salty to me. They seem to want a caterer in their "mate". Heck, we want to be catered to as well. Why do they think we women started doing things by ourselves? We were tired of being umm..set aside, ignored(I can't think of the word right now). So we learned how to change our own tires, oil, paint, cut the grass(which I have being doing since a child), because some men felt that they could half behind us and stay with us just because they were men, please. And the guy in the hat was full of generalized statements about women. We didn't all grow up with the same study guide.

I do not wear wigs lashes and nails for NO MAN! It is an aesthetic for me. I love to dress up and look pretty for myself. I love the clicking of nails and look at how pretty they are. I have been looking for this comment. All of his arguments throughout the entire video were flawed and they didn’t give her a chance to speak. She’s absolutely beautiful and it’s her personal choice to wear her hair and makeup the way she wants to. Women and men across time and cultures have worn wigs and makeup so why the sudden complaint or dislike is beyond me. Also why are black men always on public platforms complaining! Many men hide balding with hats or wigs, they dye their grays, wear baggy clothes to hide the pot belly. All men have to do is ask a woman on a date where makeup isn't required and request she go natural. If she wears makeup then she is insecure and you can have a discussion. I suggest the beach or just shower together and watch her remove her makeup in front of you. Men have the right to see the natural you. I haven't wore makeup in years and guys still flirt with me, my skin isn't perfect either.

Finally I hear a woman talk about makeup the way I feel about it. Makeup has always been an art form for me and a way to express myself to the world, but I love my face without anything on. I recommend to women to let a man see you without makeup by the third date. That way nobody wastes each other's time. For example go to the beach together with a bare face. I don't wear make up maybe eyeshadow but that's it I do wear my natural hair but I also will throw a wig on and sometime I wear nails and sometimes I won't. I feel beautiful either way I honest think I look better with my natural hair but I like switching things up so I wear weave when I feel like ...men wearing name brand clothes or having a certain car buying a certain liquor to be placed in a certain bracket is equivalent to what men try to make out of women wearing weave and make up we are all different we don't all do it for the same reasons .

Had it long enough. But if you want to know, when I fly home, i do drive my gas car, and typically its already gassed up. However, I do pump my own gas, unless I’m with my brother, husband, father, etc. But again, I clearly stated that I believe in gender roles when it comes to actual performance, whether I can do it myself or not. Because it's a natural feminine expression. Just like God colors the world the flowers, the waters, the skies, and more. It's art, self care, and self love. I do believe it should be a balance to feel good without it also.
Why do most people use the terms "love yourself" and "natural state" as if they are exclusive to each other only. Making millennials the children of X (65-74) and Gen Z the children of the later Gen Xers or Xilennials or Geriatric Millennials (75-80). Additionally, my exes parents are also Gen X and he is a millennial. The same with my husband.
As an 80 baby, two of my kids are Gen Z (19-24) and 1 from Gen Alpha (8). However, I'm considered Gen X.
