We settle for less. I always had beautiful and gorgeous women chasing me since i was teen, i was the one who chased low hanging fruit because i felt rejected because lesser women werent checking for me just the pretty girls.
I have always dealt with children as unique image bearers of God, one of a kind, but I've found that they're so many kids that are shocked because they're not used to it. The experience for a child that I'm not try to force them to be what "I" want them to be is refreshing. I primarily practice this with my 4-year-old daughter (extreme extrovert "I'll do it my way") and my 8 year old daughter (the introvert, quick to want to please) and so I have to deal with each personality differently to accomplish sometimes the same goal. But I've found it work for me with all the children as far as I can remember. The beginning of suppressing the individual and by default self-conidence starts with a child's primary interaction with their parents whether they are trying to or not to force them into a mole of their expectations instead of being a guide to their child natural development of self and who they are, many parents are bullies.....🤨😓 Whether it's with what their children eats, dresses or areas of interest and passion individual must be allowed to explore who they are without manipulation, which is not the same as guidance. 🧐

Wow, i thought that statement about how some Women don't know how to be a Wife is huge. Just like how some Men are about not knowing how to be a Husband yet. A Wife shouldn't be afraid or intimidated by what other Women think when she is satisfied with her Husband.
For example, I have personally heard another Women tell my Fiancée how I should treat her i.e. "make sure he get your hair and nails done." I laughed, because my Fiancée can think and speak for herself. But if this is how some Women respond to advice, it's going to be hard for a Women who is looking to become a Wife and have a solid Marriage.
I believe that good relationships are built between the two people in it, and occasionally with the help of good relationship investors. But definitely not outside people meddling, and the inside people allowing it.

You teach people to accept themselves by accepting them. My parents didn't accept a lot of things about me and I internalized that ad these parts of me are not valuable and learned to hide them. Now I have people in my life who accept me just the way I am flaws and all and it's teaching me that those parts of myself were never invaluable and that certain traits simply aren't valued by certain people and I now feel much more free to be myself wether others like it or not.

A boss is somebody who manages and is charge and excels in all aspects of their life. It doesn’t just mean a literal boss. It’s someone who can be in charge financially, can take the lead and can run their household effectively. According to this half of the men out there are not bosses. Some are not financially stable and for those who are they lack emotional intelligence or the responsibility of getting mental health hell/ therapy for their generational trauma. Order fckn Chinese food, stop at the West Indian restaurant. Wtf. Marriage is a partnership and it tilts both ways. All hands on deck, all clean, cook, etc. The woman can do that stuff and work or run something. I was an adjunct professor, operating my brick and mortar and having a plate in the microwave for my ex-husband to warm when he got home. And when I was tired, he picked up something for all of us or we went to his parents for dinner, or picked up food from his parents because she cooked a lot, etc. Ebbs and flows, true partnership. There are men and women that can do that together seamlessly, holding down the house, family and businesses, as long as there is authenticity, honesty, no gaslighting and no emotional or physical harm.

I'm a grown woman, a mother of healthy (physically, mentally and emotionally) children, and I was an employer and a college professor simultaneously. The food references like Chinese food were just that, nothing more. I was throwing out examples of meal types regardless of one's food preferences and health consciousness. Not to intentionally purchase that exact food.
I cooked and continue to cook at home everyday or a large meal that can last over several days with the exception of (back then) eating out maybe 2 times a month, because WE enjoyed certain restaurants which were part of our date nights or after an outing with our children. And yes the occasional let's have something different or my Mom told me to stop by and pick up x, y, or z.

Times have definitely changed. There are a lot of women who don’t mind being alone. Look at how people portray their relationships on social media as the perfect couple, then BAM one of them are dead and it’s mostly women pushing up dandelions.
Men can’t just lead with their finances anymore. Men actually have to be likable and most men aren’t really likable.
My dad literally had to sit my husband down and explain to him how I was raised because we have a huge culture clash. My husband wanted a traditional wife with a modern way of thinking. I was raised in a strict Latino household where my dad didn’t have my mom pay any bills. My dad was a provider and protector. My dad has ALWAYS been in my life. I speak to my dad often. When I go to visit him, I cook, clean and everything like I always did. When I visit my father-in-law, I do the same. My father-in-law was confused in the beginning but he got used to it. My husband didn’t understand until he saw how easier things flowed within the marriage. He’s not coming home to a messy house, no food and an angry tired and pissed off wife. My husband doesn’t make 6 figures but we definitely live comfortably. He’s only lucky because I was already a Disabled Veteran when he met me. I don’t ask him for money and if something needs to be done in the house, I have my own toolkit. When he deployed, he didn’t have to worry about me because I handle business.

Rico suave doesn’t know what a boss is. What he’s forgetting to mention is that when his girlfriend came home at five and he supposedly was at home for the day, why didn’t he cook if he was home from 9 to 3 PM? Women who stay at home watch kids and cook all the time. So why didn’t you fulfill orders of those duties before getting the sitter going to work and going to the gym? I’m confused. And if you’re both tired it’s called Uber eats or DoorDash it’s not that complicated. It seems to me that both of these men are saying that to be a boss a woman has to bring in money and work cook and clean but the funny thing is they don’t seem to cook and clean and work. I felt bad for her. I felt like she’s a little younger for their talks or it’s best to have one of the usual ladies along with her. When she was speaking up about the cooking her tone changed. I can tell that she felt bad after esso spoke to her. Plus Rico was laughing. Every time she would try to contribute, they would have an opposing opinion. Which is probably why didn’t speak up as much anymore
