Twin of my first love in "Robin's Egg Blue" as I remember. Sold it to a friend for $500 to get a Corolla...that gasoline fiasco in the 70s killed the $0.27 a gallon days...and caused big changes.
I love it, my family had a 1960 Nomad wagon. Yes it was one of the four door Nomads. I was 7 years old when my Dad brought it home brand new. Yellow and white and it was my favorite family car that we ever had. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the 1960 Chevrolets and this one is beautiful.
Oh man what a beautiful car the color the lines the way the tail lights look on the back the front grill with that Chevy emblem in the center. Almost a perfect car. Love it
Love that you guys left the wheels and tires alone, all too many dealers try to change them to something more modern instead of selling them relatively as is.
This is my dream car, if it was Roman Red. I grew up taking care of and working my butt off on a 1960 Impala that my Dad had. It was supposed to have been mine, but when I turned 15, my dad sold it for 3K! That was in 1979. If I had an extra 60K laying around, I would be on a plane and drive it all the way back to coastal NC. Hint, roll up those back windows so the chrome forms a crescent moon look, makes the whole car look better!
@@VG-iq8xq I would, I think! Unless, I found a 1960 348 to put in. Of course then I would have to change the grill emblem and trunk emblem to show a 348 car.
Beautiful IMPALA, back when Chevrolet built cars with STYLE, from 1958 to 1965 the IMPALA'S were all Beautiful, this car is a perfect example,KOOL IMPALA ❤.
I did own two in my hay days, One I got free, from dad r.i.p. A convertible a real die hard type. I scrape it, bought another same kind but hard top.. No more freezin in winter time lol.
That looks Petty blue more than baby blue (too dark for baby blue IMO. Would buy this to drive a lot in the summer...parking it and not driving it would be a travesty.
Stunning, love the color combo, I have a 64 but love these 60’s also.
😢

THE NEW OWNER NEEDS TO DROP DOWN THE FRONT END SOME, WAY TOO HIGH.
