So this car came to us fro repairs, we initiated the insurance claim process but for some reason the claim was rejected. Then the client asked us to repair the car within minimum budget because he had to pay the whole repair cost from his own pocket!

Hey Nakul great vid as always. Surprised to see the customer not wanting to spend money for a new cross member and inner panel. A casual search on Boodmo shows that they aren't that expensive.
Hats off to you and your team for dealing with such customers.

you're one of the few ppl who understood that its not easy to deal with such customers and not easy to repair such cars as well. Most ppl curse us only for not changing the cross member and say that we did a shoddy job.

@@nklkhanna It's not entirely your fault, that client thinks only about selling this off as a used car after it's repaired and recovering his money, he doesn't give a heck about safety or anyone whose going buy this one later.
