Super Mario Bros. 4 was the original name, it is not in the game but it is on the japanese art box and cartridge, You can also hack Smb4 to be in the titlescreen if your an dataminer.
This here game is definitely the first ever release, since it came with these other snes games too, which the newer makes didn’t. They stopped selling the really old release, along with these other games sometime before 1995 I think.

Game commercials after this, like SMW2: Yoshi’s Island for example, make original live remixes of the songs in the game. Commercials that don’t do that just make original music or license music from other studios.

I think that what happened to the Chilean commercial may be due to the year and the bad edition that we Latin Americans had there, sometimes we missed this error but we could not solve it due to the technology of the time
