'06? I saw underoath at cornerstone in like 2004. I was blindsided bcuz I never knew about Christian metal. I grew up at the fireside bowl in Chicago and I saw a cpl Christian bands but underoath blew me TF away.
Man, this band got me into music on purevolume in like 03 or something. That's how I got into this type of music, and it's my favorite type of art in the entire world. All of these bands are legends, and will always stay with me.

Flew from Canada to Salt Lake as our honeymoon and met you all for the rebirth tour, you were stunned we chose that as our honeymoon 🤣 saw you 1 year later in Seattle for our anniversary and the following year unfortunately we split up. At the same time you released Erase Me and came back to Vancouver for the first time in probably over 12 years, only to have you guys notice my Ø throat tattoo and Spencer reached into the crowd...that was one of the best days of my life. As someone who walks a very thin line with a dark and depressing place I can happily say you're music has helped me climb out of some of THE darkest places I have ever been. Can't wait to be able to rock out to you live again one day 🙏
