What an enjoyable video to watch. Pretty snow, fun outside, and enjoyed the narration and unboxing. I keep seeing more videos where people are using this mixer but never saw anyone show unboxing and see all the pieces so that was cool.
I bought my Ankarsrum in fall of 2023 …. Best kitchen purchase I’ve ever made! I have an old kitchenaide that I now use for whipping tallow! 😂 The 2 Ank pasta rollers/cutters and oat flaker are great! I have the meat grinder attachments too but haven’t used them yet. I’ve never used the dough hook either because the roller does so well. I still need to get the stainless beater bowl and fettuccine cutter. Can’t wait to see what you create!💚
Before you showed it, I was like...she's getting an Ankarsrum. As soon as you showed it, I yelled, I knew it....I love the idea of it, just can't bring myself to spend the $$. Excited for you!
I was glad to see your video come up, and to know all is well in your neck of the woods, with the storm. Then to see your new kitchen assistant... Oh girlllll!!! You will love the Ank. I mill my own grains for flours, and the Ank is amazing, especially for bread making. The hook is good to have for stiff doughs like bagels I have learned...however the roller kneads dough so beautifully, and became my go to for most all my bread making. I am so happy for you, your going to love using it...and teaching that beautiful Bean to make challah bread! I hope for you a peaceful shabbat. Shalom rav sis.

I do absolutely everything with just the roller and knife set up figured if that’s all it came with originally that’s all I need too. Do butter to cakes to breads. Love it! Learning curve but love it.

I’m so excited for you getting the Ankarsrum!! I have one and love it!! I ordered mine through BreadBeckers. We started making fresh ground wheat bread almost 2 years ago. Love the dough hook!! Just began using it a couple months ago. The roller works good for bread but the hook makes it lighter. Awesome tool!! Ankarsrum bought out Electrolux….long history of quality! Shabbat shalom!

I love my Ankasarum!! I got it in the 90s when it was called DLX That thing is worth every dime 6 loaves whole wheat bread kneaded like it was nuttin. I have almost every attachment they sell lol
i wanted one of those for awhile but now i dont need it lol but i am so happy you got it i cant wait to see all you do with it. my friends mom had one and i thought it was the neatest thing in the world
I just got my Ankarsrum and I love it. The hardest part for me was to decide on the color, so many to chose from. Eventually I would like to get the flaker (?) attachment to roll my own oats. Does anyone here in the comments use it and what are your thoughts on it?
