Bei uns wird so eine Suppe mit Schlagobers oder sauren Rahm mit Wasser und Kümmel Salz gekocht, und mit Gekochten Kartoffeln als Beilage serviert. Brot dazu. 😊
Die Bauernhöfe werden schon oft von mobilen Käsereien besucht. Die sofort die Milch zu Käse machen.
