Dang. If I wasn't so old and decrepit, I'd be on the next plane to visit that family - maybe even stay. I love watching Grandma teach the kids. Best thing ever. Taught my great-grandkids to cook, starting each at 7 yrs old, standing on a chair to watch like my Dad taught me, walking them through the scents and aromas of herbs and spices so that when they reached the chop and dice phase a few months later, they'd have a feel for what feels right and smells good. Wonderful! Bless you and thank you, Chef Grandma, for a lovely visit and lessons.
