Thank u so much for your vlog. By the way, i was watching one of your videos and u werent sure if a girl watches your video. I'm a girl and i like your videos. thank u, keep them coming.
Glad you were able to get a satisfactory laptop. Glad you are continuing on! Wow, that scenery is fantastic! You always go the extra mile for your viewers. I appreciate it and I'm certain everyone else does! Looking forward to tomorrow,
Hi from the UK as a biker who loves touring I get all you have been saying . Updates day to day are a great lift in these times you have a way of presenting that is easy to listen to. Ps love the crazy turbo trucks stay safe Ade ( new UK fan )
When you get back to Bangkok . You can always upgrade your ram from what you have now to 32 gigs. That should really help ya out and then some. Just find which ram is compatible with your laptop setup.
I gotta say, you rock, man! My girlfriend and I have really gotten into your videos and I, personally, have to give you mad props for going out there and doing this on your own, including challenges like this! Keep it going!
I've never been. It's on the list. If you have a chance, try Independence pass and the Beartooth pass. Neither are roads you will go very fast on, but they are epic, epic roads. Independence pass is outside of Aspen Colorado. Just drive east out of the city and you will go over it. Beartooth is just east of Yellowstone. Drive out the northeast entrance (near silver gate/Cooke city) and you will go through it (as long as it's open, it can snow there virtually any time of the year.) Another in Colorado is what my buddy and I refer to as the grand tour road, because Clarkson, May and Hammond drove it. It's from about Uravan Colorado to gateway. It's very yokel, but the road is awesome. (And if you're in Colorado, don't miss pikes peak, or Mt Evans either). And then there is hwy 20 basically all the way across Washington state. It's so good, you almost get sick of it being good. The 50 or so miles into the east side of the north Cascades just keeps going and going. I don't care what they said on top gear; the USA has some epic drives. You just have to go find them. Ive never driven east from Minnesota. Well, I did once. I went from Minneapolis to NYC and back in about 72 hours. Needless to say, I didn't see anything good that trip. Maybe next year will be the tail of the dragon.
Glad you were able to sort it all out and can continue with the trip. Love the footage so far. Something very mystical about the mountains in southeast Asia. Thank you for all of your hard work, it is greatly appreciated!
Mad Respect man! You're doing a lot of risky stuff but still stay true to your channel and dont do clickbait stuff for views. Wish you all the best. Been here since 50k! Silver Play button soon!
Love these motorbike tours. Reminds me of my trip to Thailand about 10 years ago. Ate off the roadside diners where dogs cleaned the tables after the patrons left. Never got sick until I had KFC in a big C mall in Bangkok! On one road I saw a big cobra going from one rice paddy across the road to another and even saw a huge lizard crossing near Sing Buri that went from curb to curb. The stuff you see!
i m Thai but i live in America almost 10 years i love your video man ... i see thing that i never see from my country... the way you offer is special especially your southern accent.... really enjoy
There is a way cool bat cave about 3 hours north or maybe northwest of Khon Kaen. Ask around and see if you can find directions. My hotel concierge knew about it. At sunset every day millions and millions of bats fly out looking for dinner. That area is flat, flat, flat, and then a huge ridgeline stretching off to the horizon where the cave is located. Highly recommended.
Hey Chad! Sympathies on the testicle situation! Thailand is a brutal climate for them, they're designed for cool running!! Love all your vids, and appreciate the effort in producing and editting them; great entertainment. Cheers
GAPPED! Should have kicked in the Naaaawwwzzzzz I'm also surprised how lush it is. I always heard barren desert. Looks very much like Northern Thailand. Now upload the next video! :-P
Thank you for going through all that trouble and expense for me. I love watching your adventures. It's you that make them great. Be safe brother and God bless
Glad to hear you got your laptop issue sorted out. I'm so envious seeing you drive around Thailand Chad. I'm feeling the heat, smelling the smells, and seeing the sights with you. I think you have now passed out of the Isaan region into Northern Thailand. But there are other mountains in Isaan. If you go 160km east of Udon Thani or 200km NE of Khon Kean you come to Sakon Nakhon, where you will find the Phu Phan mountains. This is where my wife grew up. If you take another road trip up this way you can cross into Laos over the Friendship Bridge at Nong Khai.
It's funny, the "Only in Thailand" comment synced up perfectly with you passing the truck with the water buffalo in the back of it in the first version.
YEEEEEE HAW! I love mountains, 1 section you was showing reminded me of a section in West VA, even my wife said it looked similar, but anxious to see what the mountains look like there. & on your pit stop, TMI! TMI! TMI! but any Biker that has rode enough in hot summer has had to get off his bike to readjust. lol
Route 12 is a must for the riders in Thailand. Curvy and smooth road with a decent view. We normally call it Khao-kho circuit. XD Let Chad present to you more about it. :)
You were heading westward to Petchaboon and that's outside of Isan. You rode passed 'Nam nao National Park' which is somewhere btw Isan, central-northern area.
Nice video, the epic bridge is called Huai Tong Bridge and is 20 minutes from my home. The Isaan boundary is at the start of Nam Nao national park which is where you saw the elephant crossing sign. All the Bangkokian big bike clubs come up here at the weekends to rip up the mountain roads, maybe do something with one of those clubs sometime.
Yes, you've gone West and way out of Isaan into 'pa klang'. Pity you didn't go into Korat (Nakornratchasima) you would have got your favored laptop for sure. Please don't miss the capitol of Isaan before you go back to Bangkok, it's we'll worth a visit and you will be shocked at its size and diversity. Great videos, loving the presentation and style, keep them coming.
Another fine video. I sure would like to know more about the Isaan highlands. Let's see, you get some altitude to keep things cool, and the prettiest women in Thailand. Not a bad pair to open with.
I think those mountains are in PetChaboon area. I was there once when they did construction on the road up high in mountains.... it was very dangerous. Rough roads, one lane and side of the road was very high valley.
Its great Chad you got your laptop sorted. It would have been a shame to cancel the trip and head back to BKK. The over loaded tracks are crazy and sometimes when you see people sitting on top !!!!!!!!! When the situation settles down I will head back to Thailand and check out Issan area. Its an amazing road trip so far. Stay safe
I lived in that part of thailand ...and yes!!! Your video has did you justice .. i learnt never race a clapped out thai scooter ...you aint goin to win .... really mint video mate ...class that like..
Love your vids man. I spent most of my time in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Pai but also went down south. Had Khon Kaen plates forever but never made it out there. I will stay tuned for what's coming next.
Great to see you back, tech is good and a pain in the ass, but without it I wouldn't get to party on your motorbike with you and be insanely jealous of your trip. Good shit, please more!!
Glad you found something that works! The edits, man. I liked the L-cut at the gas station, and the Survivor Man style drive up and park in front of the camera. The scenery is freaking gorgeous, but you're right, cameras are just not as good as being there.
The trucks scare the hell out of me when driving in Thailand you've got big balls driving a bike there. Quality vlog. Your old PC 1: try removing power lead and battery. 2: push in the power button for 1 minute. 3: reinsert battery and power lead. 4: turn power back on. 5: this will clear your board and cold boot the PC. 6: It may recognise your USB.
I got done for forgetting my International drivers licence at one of these check points, tried bluffing him with a Victorian Au licence but he was onto that shit. Cost me 250 thb, but cop told my Thai misses to tell me to keep the receipt in case i get pulled up again as my $12 fine covered me for the day lol. I have been told but not sure if it is true, the cops can only fine you at the check points for whatever they are doing that day. ie if they are checking seat belts thats all they look for. Possible but im not sure if really true.
Your content gives me goosebumps I love it, brings me back so many life changing memories of my 3month excursion south to north in Vietnam last year. Supposed to be back exploring the north in debt as we speak hopefully flights will resume before October so I can get back at it. I noticed you don’t have a phone holder for google maps if this is by choice your d man I ditched the maps 2days in and just drove using my initiative and let faith bring to to wherever it lead me and I cannot stress this strategy enough although it did take me 11weeks to reach Hanoi while it takes other 3 to 6weeks but I was on roads where I didn’t see a white man for 3days at a time some times longer when you go here do the same the content , scenery and generosity off locals when they see a solo traveler off the beaten track is something I will never forget. Enjoy your travels and stay safe 🇮🇪
The government in Thailand gave the police the word lol. Treat all foreigner "correctly "lol. That travel industry hurting their bank. Love the channel loving it. 7 of my family watch your channel and no sugar coating anything but real Thailand adventures. We all loving the episodes.
You are very blessed to be there, exploring, for the first time. This is good inspiration for others to see Issan. You could go for a sing-song at a karaoke bar. Report back!
Great report and you talk so enthusiastly fluent during your trip experience. Reminds me of my travel trips across north-east (isan) and north Thailand. Yeah bro, Isaan defenately not flat, it has hills and mountains yes as you encountered. Just enjoying your trip and wish i was back there. Thanks Chad 👊🙏🏍
Salut j'ai découvert ta chaîne il n'y a pas longtemps mais depuis je te suis tout le temps est-ce que tu fais c'est génial continue comme ça tu es au top...
to much to comment on,your flying the flag for all blokes that should travel solo and see whats around the next corner, keeping it interesting in every way, thumbs up
Love the videos, I will never be able to do what you are doing but it has always been a dream of mine to do exactly what you are doing so I am enjoying living vicariously through your videos. Dude be careful going around those trucks in the right side in the intersection. I am a State Trooper that is your blind side there.
Glad to see you wearing those light gloves. I have ridden 1000s of miles in many hot countries and I always wear gloves......Gloves do offer a bit of protection if you have a fall...you need those hands :). Great videos !!!!
7:55 bro, i was in sri lanka in Feb this year, riding on these small roads to get back to my hotel, rode pass elephants standing by the road THREE TIMES!!! scared the shit out of my because it was night time and i couldn't see the elephants until i was right beside them
You can max that Lenovo ideapad out to 20GB of ram total. Sadly it has 4GB soldered onto the board and 1 slot which takes a max of a 16GB sodimm module. I would max it out if I were you.
Nakhonchaiair bus goes to Khon Kaen from their Bangkok terminal every hour on the hour. About 600 baht. Takes about 6 hours. The bus has movies on the seatback. It also has fully reclining massage seats. I remember that you get a snack included in the price.
Hi Chad, was that near Phechabun? it gets really misty in the morning. its a great place to chill out when it's hot down by Khon Kaen or Udon Thani. I'm so envious of you by showing me all the cool places that I missed. Can't wait to get back and rent the car and drive all over Thailand. I used to take buses locally and traveled from BKK to Isan, won't do that again as it's not possible to see all of Isan on a limited transportation.
REUPLOAD - Sorry for audio issues, new laptop, a new version of Adobe Premier *facepalm*

Phetchabun is not Isaan anymore, but I love driving there. Like you said, cooler cleaner air. Beautiful views. Hope you tour around the Khao Kor area.
It was STUNNING
When you get back to Bangkok . You can always upgrade your ram from what you have now to 32 gigs. That should really help ya out and then some. Just find which ram is compatible with your laptop setup.

Glad to see you back.
It's just beautiful in the elevated area there, glad you're back Chad!
I gotta say, you rock, man! My girlfriend and I have really gotten into your videos and I, personally, have to give you mad props for going out there and doing this on your own, including challenges like this! Keep it going!

Oh Chad, you had me laughing out loud at the air balls. Great video and show us some of the local food.

I remember this Bridge further fog covers the road after the national Park before turning to Phetchabun, good road to You and thank you for the video

I absolutely love the new series! Bummer about your laptop. Can’t wait to see that riverboat Tee, it’s on the way! Oh and take care of your balls!!!

Thanks Chad! I look forward to your videos, makes my day. Safe trails from Canada,
Yes, you've gone West and way out of Isaan into 'pa klang'. Pity you didn't go into Korat (Nakornratchasima) you would have got your favored laptop for sure. Best Channel ever. I crack up at your humor everytime. Subscribed
Another fine video. I sure would like to know more about the Isaan highlands. Let's see, you get some altitude to keep things cool, and the prettiest women in Thailand. Not a bad pair to open with.

Loving this tour. Gloves are looking good. .... x
Great to see you back, tech is good and a pain in the ass, but without it I wouldn't get to party on your motorbike with you and be insanely jealous of your trip. Good shit, please more!!
Glad to see that your trip is back on track. Great job with the content. Travel safe
Glad you found something that works! The edits, man. I liked the L-cut at the gas station, and the Survivor Man style drive up and park in front of the camera. The scenery is freaking gorgeous, but you're right, cameras are just not as good as being there.
Chad, you should try going to Chiang Khan, near Loei, really nice quaint town by the mae kong river, good small beer brewery there too
The trucks scare the hell out of me when driving in Thailand you've got big balls driving a bike there. Quality vlog. Your old PC 1: try removing power lead and battery. 2: push in the power button for 1 minute. 3: reinsert battery and power lead. 4: turn power back on. 5: this will clear your board and cold boot the PC. 6: It may recognise your USB.
Great video and great youre back on making vids 👍👍🇩🇰
It's funny you were surprised too get waived through the checkpoint in Isaan country.. 555
I think during these times the polices is hardcore and can do anything
Anywhere else 500 baht fine for farangs! Hahahahaha. I must get a thia license one day!😂✌️
I got done for forgetting my International drivers licence at one of these check points, tried bluffing him with a Victorian Au licence but he was onto that shit.
You inspired me to take a tour again...🙏❤🇹🇭
Hello bro.. Its good to be on the bike.. Keep it safe & optimum speed lead to optimum fuel saving. Have a nice trip.
Be careful and stay safe on those roads. Thank you for the content Chad!
Have travelled there about 30.000km during 10 years many visits.
However did only with rental pickup car to feel safer as with motorcy travel.
Also stayed many weeks at local isan farm, doing nothing than see rice grow and drink thai wiskey (beer was luxury).
I suggest journey city NongKhai to west along Mekong river city Leoi is a very nice scenery.
Be careful on the road by motorcy
Funny notice:
- I have been stopped by police several times during trip
- Normally they let me go and just check for valid international drivers license
- But not the time I was speeding 160 km/h (speed limit is 100 km/h) going back to Bangkok from ChangMai
- After some calls, thai police decided 160 km/h was a little bit too much
- Cost me a ticket to pay on the side of the road
- Ticket was 2x the price of a nock-nock on the side windshield bribe by police
Yeah bro, Isaan defenately not flat, it has hills and mountains yes as you encountered. Just enjoying your trip and wish i was back there. Thanks Chad 👊🙏🏍
Awesome! I will watch the new episode after work. My brother had time to catch up the last days so we see your serie together 🍻

I watched all the ads to its full content. Making money moves!
I'm happy you're still alive. I wonder some times.
Great Videos, I love the Isaan area, I always go to Chaiyaphum.
Motorbike taxis in Khon Kaen typically have two rates. Short distance 30 baht. Longer distances 80 baht
Hey man worth the wait, can't wait for the next installment
Love the videos, I will never be able to do what you are doing but it has always been a dream of mine to do exactly what you are doing so I am enjoying living vicariously through your videos. 7:55 bro, i was in sri lanka in Feb this year, riding on these small roads to get back to my hotel, rode pass elephants standing by the road THREE TIMES!!! scared the shit out of my because it was night time and i couldn't see the elephants until i was right beside them

I’m dying 😂😂 let me breath, it’s the truth tho! And I’m glad you re uploaded with the audio synced.
You have done a Isaan as great service. And glad the police was afraid to interact with you. Good luck and enjoy and thanks for sharing.
Great backroad travel! Beauty!👏👏👏👍👍👍
Good to have you back Chad
You can max that Lenovo ideapad out to 20GB of ram total. Sadly it has 4GB soldered onto the board and 1 slot which takes a max of a 16GB sodimm module. I would max it out if I were you.
As soon as I get back to Bangkok, on it
Nakhonchaiair bus goes to Khon Kaen from their Bangkok terminal every hour on the hour. About 600 baht. Takes about 6 hours. The bus has movies on the seatback. It also has fully reclining massage seats. I remember that you get a snack included in the price.

I used to take buses locally and traveled from BKK to Isan, won't do that again as it's not possible to see all of Isan on a limited transportation.
@CB Media Crossing intersection in countryside provinces in Thailand you should wait a few seconds before launch. Hope you enjoy your trip.🤘🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
