1- What type of engine oil is it?
API? SP/SN/SL/SM?
I personally use **Motul 10W40 MB SP**.
2- Is one liter enough, or does it require more?
3- Will you make a video on changing the oil filter as well?
4- How about the gearbox oil and other fluids?🤩😍

1- It is similar to the one you use, it is API and meets a lot of the API standards 👍🏻
2- As per manufacturer’s manual, 900ml need to be added and not a full Litre.
3- the Nmax does not have an oil filter, the only filter it has is the gorse filter in the 17mm sump plug.
4- there will be some videos of some other bits coming out soon to show the gearbox oil replacement, etc 👍🏻
Thx for this. Could I use chain degreaser for cleaning the filter and bottom bolts? Also I have Yamaha nmax 125 2018. Are there same 12 and 17 bolts? Thx in advance for your reply. Very good and informative video.
@@petervlcko4858 we are glad you found it useful. Ideally brake cleaner but if that’s all you have, you should be ok to use it for that 👍🏻 never use the chain degreaser on the brakes though.
The sizes of the drain plugs on the 2018 model are the same, the 12 and 17mm. The 12mm is on the side of the engine next to the engine number 👍🏻
