Engine oil strainer bold is said in the manual is used only at the first initial oil change at 1000, kilometers. It’s not need to be unscrewed at every oil change, check yourse manual carefully. Page 6-5 part 20.
Plus a good tip for viewers would be to warm up the engine before any oil change, including gear oil.

Thanks a lot again for your technical info in your videos its so helpful not only for me but for the other bikers also that having Yamaha Aerox 155 and NMAX 155 ....now i would like to ask some question for the Final transmission oil... can i change from YAMALUBE GEAR OIL to CASTROL GEAR OIL 80W90? Nothing will happen? because YAMALUBE is so thin and no SAE Grade in the container. sorry for this question because I'm a new guy in the world of motorcycle...thanks a lot for the video upload.

before removing the drain bolt, you should have showed that you removed or at least loosened the filler cap

I used mobil 1 0w40 Ultimate All-round. The best oil I ever try for Nmax. the vibration sounds in the engine decreases. Try it. I know this oil is for car but its ok for matic motorcycle since they didn't use wet clutch. I recommend do not use it when you have a new motorcycle. I used mobil 1 oil on 12,000 KM
