- Welcome back to our channel. Life with the bridges.
We are the bridge family trying to get the most out of this rat race we all call life.
In September 2021 we found out our dreams had come true. We were expecting a new addition ….to the Bridge family.
We spent the next 9 months, like any normal parents would, preparing our life for the arrival of our little boy.
On the 11th of may 2022, at 11:11pm we were bless with the birth of our son. HE WAS PERFECT. We instantly felt love like we had never experienced and our family of 4 we always dreamed of. Was finally complete.
We had the most magical first 8 months with Teddy experiencing all that life had to offer. UNTIL on the 24 of feb 2023 he got diagnosed with high risk AML Leukaemia.
We spent 6 months (184 days to be exact) at Great Ormond Street Hospital. He endured 2 rounds of chemotherapy and a full bone marrow transplant in hope that it would save our son's life.
We documented every part of his journey on this channel to raise awareness and give childhood cancer the exposure it deserves.
After riding the hellish and unpredictable storm Teddy made it to the end of his treatment and RANG. THAT BELL!
You are joining us now in our next chapter of this journey at home at bridge HQ, as we try to rebuild our life and continue to spread awareness about what it’s like to have a child post cancer and transplant in hope that this second chance at life we have been given. IS FOREVER.

All though myself and Katie have been lucky enough to travel the world far and wide in the past and now are slightly restricted for now due to Teddys recovery. This doesn’t mean to can’t dream, explore and go on adventures from our doorstep to show our son what life has to offer.
TIME is something that none of us have control over and let me tell you. It isn’t on our side. I don’t have time. We don’t have time and you don’t have time. Yes I said it. YOU. DON'T. HAVE. TIME.
So if there is one message we would like to spread to all of our community here on our channel. It’s live for today as tomorrow is never promised.
We are going to breathe deep, dream big, travel wide step out our comfort zone and go and grab life with both hands and make the most out of what ever time we have left on this earth. AND WE are taking you along with us. So buckle up as LIFE. WERE COMING FOR YOU.

I love your video's. Scott you are very entertaining. I love being part of the Bridge Family Members. Teddy is amazing and you and Kate are amazing parents. As a cancer survivor 18 years out I went through nearly a year of treatment with two young daughters. Teddy is living his best life as a toddler.
It is wonderful to see Super Teddy just playing and so happy being the toddler that he is, he has the perfect parents

Teddy 🧸 you are the most wonderful awesome little boy, who I've no doubt will charm the birds out of the trees in a couple of years! I'll revise my last comment and say I think you've started early young man and are charming the birds out the trees. Let's face it, it's absolutely impossible not to be charmed by your loving nature, deveoping humour and boyish cutie pie looks. Which you're got mummy and Daddy to thank for those.
Katie I don't know how you always manage to look so beautiful and put together all the time, even during Teddy's hospital journey at Great Ormond Street. You and Scott are such an awesome double act when it comes to parenting, parenthood and as a Mr and Mrs. It's so refreshing to watch your channel and feel lifted by it when there's so much bad in the world at the moment.
I continue to pray for Teddy's healing, for him to grow big and strong. I also continue to pray for you and Scott, for your health and marriage so you may continue grow as parents, as husband and wife and individually as Katie and Scott.

You need to keep heaping up your potatoes with soil so that the light doesn’t get to them. If they are green when you pull them up, you need to throw them away as it is showing you that they are not fit to eat. Eating green potatoes will give you a really bad tummy upset. We used to grow our potatoes in large buckets or bags so that they are easy to heap up. Love to you all ❤

I grew potatoes. In Maine, US I put in in April and harvest about august when the plant is dying. Too early and have green potatoes that I heard contain toxins but could be wrong. Usually I pull plant out and the potatoes stay in the ground and know they are ready. Tend to leave in ground a week as long as not wet or pull out and put in cellar dirty for at least a week for skin to get tough. Wash as I use.
I also was wondering when Teddy gets the tube out of his nose? Love you all so much!! Please give Teddy kisses for me!❤❤❤

You need to buy a meat shredder that looks like a giant weed grinder 😂😂 temu do ‘em too ( but I’d go for a decent one to avoid plastic bits getting mixed in your meat) ❤
Scott, might I suggest some grilling utensils a grill fork and tongs will save you from burning off your finger prints unless you want to do that, as is in your getting ready to start a new “career” 🦹♂️🦹♂️ j/k but not about burning yourself mate! Grease burns are so painful! So happy to see Teddy getting his appetite up! He’s such a cute little guy walking around in his many hats!
