How cool! I have autistic grandsons and I’ve done a hammock, hammock chairs, and I used swimsuit material to make a squeezy swing for them. I just leave them all hanging on my back porch, so sadly, when it’s really cold they can’t use. My little guys love to swing really high. Lol. The youngest, as soon as he gets home from school, he runs straight to the hammock. It’s Mayan weave so it does the squeezing they need. Great job!
This is such a beautiful gift for your little girl. I am a pediatric OT trained in Ayres sensory integration and stumbled across your video to support families building sensory spaces at home. Thank you for supporting like-minded families. There is a need! All the best.
Great job on Emery's new swing! She is going to have hours and hours of fun while working her muscles and stimulating her senses. Eddy engineered it, so it might even hold my bouncing butt. 😂❤
We left the ropes long to accommodate different types of swings, so I would say they are about 5-6 feet long… and we got 2 yards of fabric in blue and 2 yards in green!
God bless you and your family, she’s so beautiful!
Nice work! My hat's off to you guys.

Thank you so much! Sensory spaces are so important and it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to do at home! Thank you for sharing with other families!
Thanks for sharing this information on the swing.

What length was each of the climbing ropes? Also how many yards of each fabric did you use?
