Those negotiations are such nailbiters because theres an equal possibility of buying all of it, some of it, or none of it. Plus cherry picking a bunch of stuff into a pile then buying none or almost none of it and walking away doesn't feel good (except if your Dave 😂). Glad you hung in there and hopefully you make something of it!
