No boiling! This is a simple concoction to make, but people just tend to give the wrong info on how to prepare it. Take one garlic bulb and peal back the husk on every clove. Cut every clove down into dice pieces or slice them down into fine cuts. I have an electric juicer. If you have a manual juicer either one will do. Slice in half ten lemons or more if they are small. Juice the lemons and pour the juice into a seal-able container- Pulp or no pulp. Pulp is preferred because the pulp is fiber. Dump the chopped garlic into the container, close and give it a good shake. The next step is simple...Just place the container in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. It can be a minimum 8 hours, like overnight, but 24 hours is the best. Now the proper way to consume lemom-garlic juice is to take 8-10 tablespoons ( No garlic cuts) and mix it with a glass of water once a day on an empty stomach and make sure you cleanse your mouth with an enamel themed mouthwash and brush your teeth soon after, due to the acid in the lemon. With that said, this is basically a first thing in the morning drink. Do not consume the mixture without water. What I learned what this stuff do is purify your blood and organs from toxins that causes ailments. Other than that, I can't claim it is a weight loss miracle, but ridding your blood of toxins especially the ones that causes ailments is a good start because toxins can slow your metabolism. Also, you need to know that if you are taking antibiotics, do not drink this. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and can interfere with your prescription antibiotic. Boiling is a major no no! Some herbal remedies should never be boiled because the nutritional properties that benefits you will be destroyed.

No boiling! This is a simple concoction to make, but people just tend to give the wrong info on how to prepare it. Take one garlic bulb and peal back the husk on every clove. Cut every clove down into dice pieces or slice them down into fine cuts. I have an electric juicer. If you have a manual juicer either one will do. Slice in half ten lemons or more if they are small. Juice the lemons and pour the juice into a seal-able container- Pulp or no pulp. Pulp is preferred because the pulp is fiber. Dump the chopped garlic into the container, close and give it a good shake. The next step is simple...Just place the container in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. It can be a minimum 8 hours, like overnight, but 24 hours is the best. Now the proper way to consume lemom-garlic juice is to take 8-10 tablespoons ( No garlic cuts) and mix it with a glass of water once a day on an empty stomach and make sure you cleanse your mouth with an enamel themed mouthwash and brush your teeth soon after, due to the acid in the lemon. With that said, this is basically a first thing in the morning drink. Do not consume the mixture without water. What I learned what this stuff do is purify your blood and organs from toxins that causes ailments. Other than that, I can't claim it is a weight loss miracle, but ridding your blood of toxins especially the ones that causes ailments is a good start because toxins can slow your metabolism. Also, you need to know that if you are taking antibiotics, do not drink this. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and can interfere with your prescription antibiotic. Boiling is a major no no! Some herbal remedies should never be boiled because the nutritional properties that benefits you will be destroyed.
