@@Cj-bw3hn He didn't, he saved him and after that was just being an honest judge. Had he not save him the first time and the second the dude would've sang 1 less songs at live TV then he did, I'm sure he is thankful for the opportunity Guy gave him.

@@Cj-bw3hn he saved him and gave him the wild card. Guy gave him two extra chances. However, honesty and being a judge with fortitude won out and he picked who he thought had the better chance at winning the competition against the other teams. Can't fault the guy for being an honest person instead of just giving it to a pal.
I really feel like you shouldn't be able to block unless they haven't pressed the button yet.
That's how it is on the voice USA as they were the first to introduce the blocking feature I'm pretty sure. This was still pretty new to the voice Australia so they hadnt hammered out how exactly it works yet unfortunately...
USA only allows you to block someone who has not turned yet. And you have to block as you turn. You cant block someone after you turn and then they turn. That's not fair.
I agree on the Voice us you can only block the person before you turn. I thought that was unfair too

It's easier to focus on the performance, ur gonna turn only when 100% convinced and decide afterwards if u want that person so much u don't want another coach to get them. It kinda sucks no coach is safe after they've turned. It's not cool living under the pressure u must turn b4 sb else so u don't get blocked either, like in the US, but it's lit when u got the power over the others in both systems :))

I feel ya man, I watched my best friend die in front of me because of a mistake at the hospital. I've never been the same man since. It's been 13 years and still I tear up typing this. Man I miss you Ash, my better half was ripped from my life when I was 14.. I hope no kid ever has to deal with what I've dealt with.

I have PTSD from the loss of my Son. I take nothing away from Military PTSD. Mine is different, but awful in its own way. I have been blessed to have great medical care to help me. I still have a ways to go, but it is a start. I am so happy he has loving support. It helps so much. I wish him good things ahead. Bless him.

You can turn first then you can't get blocked but in the UK you can turn first but still get lost
@@johnreed5954 Guy turned first and got blocked, so it appears in Australia is the same. Blocking someone who hasn't turned is kind of ok but this blocking after the turn is weird.

Omg. My heart hurts for Guy. He just looked SICK when Delta blocked him from Matt. Sick & incredulous. Is Matt's friend whom he lost the same "Luke" that was Guy's friend, Luke Liang? They must have all been so close because Guy can't talk about it without crying. It breaks my heart. 🥺💔 When he cries I cry.

I went through the exact same thing minus the having a singing voice! My best friend took his life and it turned my life upside down and he left kids behind. It just destroyed so many lives. I shut down, panic attacks, didn’t want to see anyone, couldn’t make sense of any of it! You are my hero. It is SO HARD!!!! Thank you for showing me that someone like me can move through this!!!!!!
Guy really has a lot of friends and he learned to value every friendship he built from the past. He also would have learned alot from them in his musical journey. I just feel he is genuwine and humble.

I found my healing in Jesus Christ, especially the Eucharistia, confession,he is real, I also suffered from insomnia, depression, God heald me completely after I turned to HiM after age of 22
I was attack in my home the Man held a knife to my throat and I was very lucky I had 5 brothers that tought me how to defend myself and I caught him off guard by giving a a very hard kick in his shine and he fall backwards and the knife went under my chin he just must slicing my throat and he got away they never caught him and I have these horrible dreams of him setting on my bed with the knife to my throat and I suffer with fibromyalgia very seriously and I moved away from the East coast hoping the nightmares would go away, I pray every day and night to stop the nightmares, but my psychiatrist says it so deep in my mind and suffering with fibromyalgia so bad, I have to have a caregiver 24/7 to be with me. Thank you I know Matt's fear with this PTSD God Bless everyone 🙏💗

Well, I just found Matts blind audition. so far. that incredible audition made me seriously cry. I cannot understand why people take their lives. Its so sad. Every tme I here that, I only remember when I was a kid, traveling in a car at the time, thinking just how lucky I was to be given an opportunity for this incedible thing called LIFE!! i KNOW it is hard to be a human at times, but, bad times can be overcome and conquered! Damn, take a deep breath.Love and appreciate life and work with what you have and dont have.....
Sometimes people suffer so severely in life and with their mental health, that the only way they feel like can break free, is to take their own life.
People don’t want to die by suicide,they just want the pain to end.When they do it, the mind is so powerful that they are not even thinking about who they are leaving behind.Mental illness needs to be addressed more in the world.

I have had my issues with mental health over the last 3 of 4 years and there has been days when I have felt the only way to end the pain is to take my life, thankfully I have very good support in place, not everyone is lucky like me! People who have never suffered with mental health are so quick to pass judgement but its something I would not wish on anyone.

This is like my 10th time watching this since Dec2021, at a fairly low point for me mentally with different shit and college, and it was like it was meant to be showing up in my recommended. Since then he's been like one of the only artists I've listened since. Absolute favourite artist now
