This young man has me in tears right now. Not because I feel sorry for him but because of his heart and soul and positive outlook. If more people had his attitude how much nicer this world would be. Good luck, Sean!! Beautiful voice!!
Hardship typically makes you mature. That's why back then (like 300yr+ ago) 15 year olds were mature. Now you have 30 year olds acting like children and wanting a safe soft world where they can't handle the tinniest bit of hardship.
maturity comes mostly with hardlife struggle i would say from my own experience. i bet he was like this since very very young age. i didnt change much since i was 13.
I've been a nurse for over 20 years and if I had been fortunate enough to have cared for this wonderful and talented young man, NOTHING would have kept me from being there to support him through his audition either! Well done Sean! BRAVO! BRAVO!
I’ve only become a nurse in the last three years right before I turned 40 and I’m 43 years old now. I work as a longterm care nurse in a palliative care ward in a nursing home! As a mom to two sons in their early twenties and as a nurse, I second what you said and thank you as well for being a nurse! ❤
@@thnsn67 As much as I appreciate your thanks, it's really not necessary. I'm fortunate to have a career I love, and although it's rough at times (like during COVID), I'm happy to show up and care for my patients everyday!
@@SomethingAboutBeautee Although you've been a nurse for 3 years, I'd still like to welcome you to the team! I'm sure the work you do can be hard, but I know how much your patients and their loved ones appreciate you. Recently, my uncle started going down hill and was put on in-home hospice. His nurses were top notch and I couldn't thank them enough for everything they did, not only for him, but for us. If they hadn't been there I would have had to be his nurse, which I would have been fine with, but since I didn't have to take on that role, I was able to just be his niece, and that was a gift. So, you may not know it sometimes, but you give people gifts of all sorts every time you care for a pt. Side note: His last words to me were "It's been a pleasure."...how awesome is that?!?! I knew he loved me, so I didn't need his last words to be "I love you", and I honestly can't even think of anything better than "It's been a pleasure.". He was absolutely right...Our relationship and life together was a pleasure. So, again, welcome to the team, we're so glad to have you! 🫂💜
This is a young man squeezing every drop out of life rather than lamenting the hand he’s been dealt. What an incredible talent and inspiration to all. ♥♥♥
There is just something about him, I can't put into words. I feel he just radiates warmth and safety, pure love. I wish the absolute best for this young man!
I get how Sean's feeling about his nurses. It's the same way I fell about mine. They've saved my life more times than I can count, they've made every and all accomodations to help me, they're on call for me every single day and when I go in - which has been about 4 times a week over the last 4 years (now it's only once every other week) - they always made me smile and feel better, even though I've been in excruciating pain most of the time. They call me now, about once a week to check up on me. I wrote them and the docs a letter of gratitude for all they've done for me and how they made me feel through it all, and they read it out loud at their staff meeting, which I'm grateful for, because it's really everyone at that particular ward who's made me better, so much now, that I've gotten the disease under control. They're amazing, just as Sean's is.
I have had great nurses and doctors too. I wouldn’t be alive today without them. I’ve come close to death more than once. Living in pain is rough. But you’re a strong warrior who is making a difference in the world. Blessings to you.❤
I had to be admitted earlier this week. Double sided pneumonia, which is very dangerous when you're on a heavy dose of immunosuppressants. Any infection can get out of control, when your immune system is this dampened. The docs and nurses here are also amazing. Very kind and very dilligent. My main nurse and my two main docs from the immunology ward was there, when I was brought in. I didn't realise, as I was suffering from high fever. I'm getting better now, finally, and they came to visit yesterday in the afternoon. They told me they were here on Monday, when I was brought in by ambulance, just to make sure that the docs and nurses in the emergency ward would be sensitive to my immunesystem disease and to make sure that I was, well, okay even if sick. So they came to visit yesterday an told me this. On their own accord, they're working closely with the emergency ward to get me the best possible care. They might be the best nurses and docs, but they're world class people as well. I'm so glad they're in my life, being my guardian angels.
