  • Teotihuacan is an amazing archeological site close to Mexico City. Here you find two of the largest pyramids in Mexico: the pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. In this video, you'll discover why Teotihuacan is so important. This was once the main city in the Americas and one of the most important in the world.
The original video is in English, this is an automatic translation to help you watch in your own language. There are subtitles as well, you can activate them by typing C (desktop) or clicking the video, then at CC at the top of the screen (mobile).

    ► WHO AM I?
I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and he's actually camera-shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time 😉

I climbed both the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. At that elevation it was quite tough but the views were spectacular. Too bad you can’t climb them anymore but I suppose it’s just become too popular now.

These huge ancient pyramids are really great! they're one of the best wonders in ancient America! and they're even bigger than the ones in Egypt! bigger than the other pyramids in Mexico! bigger than the other pyramids in Peru! and even bigger than the other pyramids anywhere in the world! these huge pyramids could also well be among the most glorious ancient places in all of Mexico! in all of America! and even in the whole world! the aztecs or whoever built those great pyramids were really very powerful in the ancient world! since only the most powerful cultures at that time in ancient America or even in all of the ancient world could have built something like that! since even their own construction is also a great mistery! too! since in those ancient times there were hardly even very few profesional construction tools around! therefore it would have been almost impossible to build something like that unless they were a very powerful civilization! or even they must have been the most powerful City at that time! and that's why many say that it really was "The New York of America" at that time! and even for the whole world! at that very ancient time! in order to organize by then thousands of ancient americans to build that great miracle! of that time! Therefore it was really the place where the simple men became Gods at that time! since such a great kind of constructions would make have made anyone at that very ancient time think also about God's Misteries! specially when they realized that those great pyramids were built by thousands of ancient americans but also with much help of God too! of course! 👍🙏

Renata ...just at the foot of the main stairway of the pyramid of the sun a mexican archaeologist discovered a passage with connection to the center of the pyramid, they had to use a robot made in mexico, one of the first used in archaeology, below they found many artifacts, and a whole representation of heaven on earth in which the Teotihuacanos believed!

lake chapala, Guadalaraja. In the middle of it are two little islands. One: "Isla de Scorpions". Two: "Isla Mezcal". Can you hike up the top of the mountains on the north side and see if you can have a view of those islands if you hike up to the highest point? Check out the islands for us and take laps of it and give us a history tour and tell us what the purpose of the place is? Can you maybe take a lap of the lake in a car and show us what the coolest-looking estate(s) look like there? What's an average day for those people like? Will Canelo Alvarez make a sneaky guest appearence for two seconds? What's more exclusive property down there? Lake Chapala or Lake Cajititlan? Hows the food on the island of scorpions? Also, in the state of Nayarit up on the west coast there is this really cool island called Mexcaltitan. Why is it so rogue? Why is it cut like a diamond? What's the purpose of that thing, any secrets on that place? How far away are the nearest towns by boat.....any interesting architectural gems there, who's the king of it?

There are other 2 way to go to the Bus Station to the Terminal del Norte from the center of the city, if you are in Bellas Artes palace so you can take the trolley bus in direction Terminal del norte and it takes you straight to the Bus station or in the street valerio Trujano close to the Bellas artes subway station there is a bus in direction to Reclusorio Norte and the bus passes exactly in front the bus station and is more comfortable than the subway,

Good morning, I am going to Mexico City next month and would like to know what metro do I take to the bus terminal and what’s the name of the station. And also, once I purchase the bud ticket to the pyramid, will I be able to catch a bus going back at any time?

    • @RenataPereiraTV
      @RenataPereiraTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Hello, let me try and help you:
      1. You want to get to Autobuses del Norte station on the Yellow line/line 5
      2. More than likely you will take line 3 north to transfer to line 5.
      3. You can purchase a return ticket.
Be aware of the closing time of the park and the time of the bus passing by the pyramid and also what gate. We got dropped at the south part and picked up at the east northern part.

You forgot to visit the most beautiful pyramid in the site, The Quetzalcoatl Pyramid and that was located in the Ciudadela plaza, exactly in from where you started the walk in the avenue of the dead, the ruins you mantioned where rooms in fact where palaces bacause remember that the restored area in the site was the heart of the city where the commercial, religious and administrative part of the city was located, In your next visit to Teotihuacan try to watch the visual effect of the pyramid of the moon that consists that when you start to walk in direction to the moon pyramid you will see how the hill behind it dissapears completly when you arrive to the pyramid and another amazing thing in the city is: when you are before the pyramid of the moon and watch the Pyramid of the sun and you will see that the pyramis with the other constructions surrounding it, It is the representation of the hill located to the left side of the pyramid of the sun and the small hills surrounding the huge hill, your explanation was perfect like of a professional congrats.

Teotihuacan "La Ciudad de los dioses"
En realidad no son pirámides ya que no terminan en punta pero es la manera común de llamarles, son basamentos.
