OH, Happy memories! When we lived in Norfolk, we got lots of useful stuff from Mongers including our front door and created a downstairs cloakroom with Mongers stuff.
I am sure that everyone in Norfolk, who likes old things, has at least one thing from Mongers 🙂

Yes I was so hoping Mark was going to buy it. Such a statement piece as a bathroom mirror. Maybe they have other ideas ❤❤
If it's meant to be it will be there next time. I just couldn't visualise where it would go. I've been dreaming of the end style for so long and I just couldn't see where it would end up.
@@carolynthompson6518 There is no 'allowed to buy it' in our relationship. If Mark really wanted it, he would have bought it & we'd find somewhere for it. We both regarded it as something else which needed fixing and we have enough jobs mounting up as it is. Maybe it will be there next time and we can have another think about it.

I bet you didn't think that I would end up with two pairs I'd trestles 🤣
It is always a delight to see what you manage to find when you go out on your travels. The trestles will be so well used in your home (or garden). I have never seen a round galvanised trough before. They are usually all oval shaped. I love that you buy something and repurpose it for another use such as the brandy glass being able to have flowers in it. It will make me rethink how I display flowers and the like. Thank you for taking us with you. Always great fun travelling along with you. Sophie.
