ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION PLANT - AUTOMATIC SKIPS HANDLING

Full automatic logistics for an Aluminium Extrusion Plant. The project includes a profiles stacker up to 16 meters profiles and the management of the empty and full skips flow. All conveyors, platforms and bridge cranes are centrally managed from the main control board of the Extrusion Plant.

I was working in maintenance departament in extrusion plant, we had Tecalex lines there. It only looks so nice when its new. After short period of time we started to have more and more different problems with this equpiment. Bad material quality, bad quality of manufacturing, in some cases bad project at all. Good point is that the nice people came to build the lines in a factory.

the baskets don't travel that fast on the roller's lol.
and the stacker always have issues I use this equipment every day. 2/10 rating
