Webinar: The EB-5 Regional Center has been Reauthorized with Investment Amount at $800,000

The EB-5 program allows a person to invest $800,000 in a business to get a green card. To qualify, the business must create 10 full-time jobs. On March 11, the EB-5 Regional Center program was restarted and is now alive and well. This webinar will go over the EB-5 rules and regulations for both regional centers and direct EB-5 investment.
This pre-recorded webinar discusses the practical considerations of moving from an E-2 or other nonimmigrant visa to an EB-5 green card. Finally, the webinar reviews the EB-5 green card process, timing, and other considerations.

Great break down of the EB-5 Visa. I would really like to watch a video regarding the I-829 form to remove conditions on the EB-5 Visa as this seems to be the next step after holding the EB-5 Visa. With Covid slowing down the USCIS a lot the timetables are super long, and I think it would be interesting to learn about an applicants rights to timely processing during the pandemic. You mentioned people can sue if it takes over 2yrs and usually they will just process it faster but that sounds like a pre-pandemic method that might not work now. What other resources to investing immigrants have during the pandemic?
