It’s actually not hard at all, as long as you have a W+ jump throw bind, you’ll hit it every time.

You would only throw this with top ramp control, the early ramp fights happen all the way from silver to pro level, it’s how the map is played and even in level 10 people brain dead peek everything

Doesn't matter the level, people want to control and fight for ramp on every level. Higher elo players tend to fight for ramp more often, almost every round. Low elo players don't do it, they sit in the site and gap. You should throw it when you already have ramp control and your teammates are covering you.
