And now my memory like an elephant makes sense! I can look back and see the patterns, see where Yah moved in my life. See where I was lead or denied access. Open and closed doors. He speaks. He speaks our language if we but lend Him our ear.
Thank you for sharing this I haven't spoken to my Mom since May (she has cut off all contact) I have faith that God will restore and this video helps to edify that encouragement.
I am so happy with these video’s! It is explained very well and clearly the parsha’s! I have ADD so it’s hard for me to focus on the prasha readings from the books. So I want you to know that I really appreciate these video’s! My compliments :D
Wonderful insight about kindness and God's speaking. Yes, the story of Joseph in Gen 37-50 must be prophetic as confirmed in Ps 105. The famine there is one of God's wonders. HE called it as HE also sent Joseph first as suffering with his feet in the iron like a lion and then exalted as Lord, ruler and redeemer. This reminds me also of the promised redeemer in Gen 3,15 the seed of the woman suffering the bruise of his heel but victoriously destroying the plan of the enemy.
nice original explanation, but it doesn't fit the text: the Bible says that Yosef remembered his own dreams, not those of Pharoah. it's a stretch to say that "which he dreamed" is referring to Pharoah and not himself.
Vayigash , Gen 44:18-47:27 Is Joseph's brothers entry into Egypt and Joseph revealing himself to his brothers. They Then tell Issac that Jacob is alive. It is not the Pharaoh's dream.
Why do many/most rabbis stop this parsha at 47:12 as if there is not another 15 verses? I think there is enough in these 15 verses to cover at least as much time as was covered here. I would like to hear some serious conversation about these last, seemingly, forgotten portion of this parsha.
But eventually they did come to bow to get the food and so did his father. his father sent the brothers to Joseph for food hence they all bowed for Life giving food love your Insight
Still doesn't explain why "cows" were used in the dream. And as cows are vegetarian eaters they wouldn't eat other cows. And you've totally left out Pharoah's second dream regarding the ears of corn. Why "corn".
Perhaps the reason cows were used because cows would mean something to Pharaoh as well so he would believe Joseph interpretation. Cows were Gods to Pharaoh. And I had read that many Egyptians were vegetarians hence the corn. They would not use sheep because they were abomination which is why the Israelites were placed in Goshen.
Mistranslation. Corn is from the American continent and was not in the Middle East back then. It wasn’t anywhere on the planet until the 15-16th century
I love this, but I am skeptical Joseph made all those wonderful connections. We have a 30,000 foot view of what H’ did. He was a prophet receiving dreams, so his view was probably only a couple hundred feet. We can examine the repeated words and create poetic conversations about meaningful insights. Joseph probably did say to himself, “you know what, I’m beautiful of form and so is my mom. Beautiful cows must be referring to the only two beautiful of form people that will get mentioned in my life story when Moshe writes it down in a few hundred years from now.” He probably wasn’t holding every detail the way we can with a written text. He probably didn’t know he was the text in real time.
these Aleph Beta videos are a blessing to humanity💐

Is that "lend him our (Elephant) ears"? :-)

Wow surprise. Understanding G-d's voice through my life understanding my life through G-d's voice.
This is a perfect picture of messiah. He was sent to save his family.
The answer how our Gods talking to us is "The Domination" see Genesis chapter 1 vrerses 26-27.

Isn't 7 representing Sh'mittah? Maybe more than relating to servitude for Rachel?

The Quran calls this Surah Yusuf the best story. I wonder if the Quranic version has this kind of depth
The Egyptian leader that Joseph (PBUH) was subordinate to, wasn't a Pharaoh. Pharaohs did not exist during the Old Kingdom of Ancient Egypt.
Watching on 2024. YESHUA BEN IOSEF
Why are you comparing cows to human? Its not even biblical.
