But like Aaron Rodgers for example. I feel like the only people he really likes or hangs out with was maybe Jordy Nelson and his O Line. I don't think he hung out with Davante or Cobb alot. Yano? I could be wrong but I mean QB's seem to be closer to their O Line than their RB's and Receivers.

Homegirl needs to remember that Big Ben was successful well before Bell and Brown. Ben has two SB rings and a total of threeSB appearances that neither Bell nor Brown have. Why not? Because he did it with other players. Ward, Holmes, Sanders, Wallace, and so on.....toss in Heath Miller of course. He really only had one 'above average RB' most of his career and that was Willie Parker....and for the sake of argument, he had Mendenhall for four seasons. He chose security now and if he nvr wins a Bowl his legacy fades and no one will remember much except his lude TD Celebrations on the goal posts.

TiredOfApathy the Super Bowl is a mega achievement, but being financially stable after football is a mega achievement also, considering all the medical ailments athletes have to pay out of pocket after football. LB earned the right to have guaranteed money, considering his overall RB stats against other RBs have been top 3 over three years. Pittsburg was trying to use the man up by franchising him or signing a long term deal because they know how brutal the RB position is and did not want to guarantee money due to a possible injury. The RB position is the most brutal position in football. They deserve to be paid when they produce.

I think Bell and Brown's complaints are non-football related. After you make your money in the NFL (or in life), you start to be motivated by other reasons. Money is no longer the issue. So I think it's just then Ben could no longer motivate the guys or lead the guys who were also superstars. He doesn't know how to co-exist with other leaders, and still be the leader. His relationship with his OL can't be the same with everyone else. I think Bell and Brown were comfortable with Ben being the leader, but Ben just did not know how to lead his star players. Just like Carter admitted Edelman and Brady are not the same, Ponce and Bell are not the same either.

Rodgers has people who played with favre ot never played with him criticizing him. Greg Jennings is the only one that seems to criticize him but not as much as everyone.
