That sounds like a mixture of two different games. The game with the minigames is DDR Extreme (US), and the game with Doll and Xepher is DDR SuperNOVA (US). This is of course, only if you live in the US. I can't help you with Japanese or European releases.

You guys should get Ultramix 3 and stop complaining, an Xbox is like 50$ now and a JP import of DDR is almost the same price. Plus the Dancemania songs aren't really worth it except Golden Sky.

It made its debut on DDR Strike for the PS2. It was also in DDR Extreme 2 for the PS2. Both releases came before Supernova.
