- Check out this fully restored 1984 Jeep CJ7! Built from the ground up, nut and bolt restored. 304 AMC V8, T176 4 speed transmission, Dana 300 transfer case, Dana 30/Model 20 axles with 3.54 gears. I worked on this restoration on and off for awhile and finished it up over this past winter. I'm very pleased with the results and wanted to make a quick video before it heads off to its new home.

Gorgeous!
Absolutely beautiful Jeep. Nothing beats the CJs.
What are you running for a cam?
This is a lunati cam, the 256 model. Great power and solid idle. Thanks for the comment!

She’s a beauty 😙
@@VLEEZY1 thank you!
Absolutely beautiful ! But, unless you're a collector, why not use it as a daily driver as well as showing all the new Jeepers that Jeeping is much more than installing all the high dollar stuff the TH-cam influencers push, angry eyes, a children's bath toys swimming on the dashboard. Yes it's outstanding, but why own something you're not going to use ?
Thank you! And I agree, with all the new parts on this Jeep it will provide enjoyment for many years. You can't beat the classics! Im forced to as myself...Who are we saving them for?
T17....nice.

Thanks Big Jim!
Awesome! Gorgeous !!
Beautiful work!! Awesome looking CJ!! If you don’t mind me asking, what rear bumper/tire carrier did you go with?
Thanks very much! That is a Smittybilt bumper and tire carrier on there. Any other questions and I'll be happy to answer!
@@belteatersgarage I appreciate it. Getting ready to start on my '76 cj5 and definitely looking for all the pointers I can get throughout the journey.
