    The idea behind almost every motivational quote and the 10,000 hour rule is, if you work hard and everyday, you will achieve something big. This is obviously true. But I think the kids take this too serious and train like 3 hours everyday. It is good to have this attitude. But I wittnessed it by myself it is not good to train too much and don't take breaks. I'm injured now for like 6 months. Obviously it's all about knowing your body when to take breaks, but can you give me some tips to balance it with training. And how has your view of taking breaks changed through your career?
