Steve Coates We mixed everything in the bowl before we put it in the blending machine. Everything needs to be properly mixed into a smooth liquid before you freeze it
Vou palpitar ja que ninguém respondeu... eu não vi adição de leite então qdo se trata de usar apenas a fruta é sorbet. Colocaram muito açúcar para meu gosto. Como a máquina congela o produto saí como um sorvete mesmo. Mas tenho minhas dúvidas qto ele ficar no freezer expositor pq não tem os outros ingredientes normais de sorvete/gelato. Um sorbet é 100% natural fruta (açúcar?) este deve ser consumido rapidamente.
@@tiny6912 They call gelato to every single type of ice cream, its like the general category, all ice creams are ice cream. But without milk its a Sorbetto, but its also a Gelato, thats why it confuses people so much

Actually it has around 5% sugar, which is much less than the traditional american ice cream. In fact its a quite a balanced and healthy dessert. Also the sugar usually always comes from the fruit and you may add a little sucrose with it, which is a basic sugar. So all good! Eat to your hearts content, well then it may be too much! ;)

It must be powdered milk (skimmed), especially considering the fact they use water instead of milk right away.
