I was there too. It was a fabulous concert! So lucky to have seen Jeff Beck before he died this past January. Meanwhile Buddy Guy is still going strong at 86. May you continue play, entertain audiences, and inspire new musicians for more years to come.
There was a nice lady (Gwen?) at the show with Lawn Seats from Winnetka, graduated from New Trier in ~1979. She went to Kansas afterward for college and said she's a friend of Dave Specter's. Longshot to pose this, but it can't hurt to post such a search, a kind of needle in a haystack, from a research perspective. Making the world a smaller place.
