My husband was at work today and a 24 year old lady stopped to talk to him while he was outside smoking ... all she wanted was for someone to listen .. he didn't know she was was homeless until he asked her... all she asked for was $5.00 to get something to eat....he came home crying... it broke his heart to see a young lady struggling .. so many people take things for granted... nothing is guaranteed...I love watching your channel because yall 2 are so "real life"... and to have struggled in life makes you enjoy what you have now

Darling, let me tell ya something, my partner and I started from bottom up, having not much of anything including food, and yes it was a struggle, but we did it together and that made our relationship stronger. Kimi I know just where you are coming from. I’m in my mid 70’s married for 54 years. I remember living on pot pies that were 5/$1. We were grateful for them. When I was able to buy a variety of different foods I never lost sight of those days. Don’t ever feel bad for being overwhelmed by memories and for being grateful for what you are able to get now. My dear sweet friend I think it's obvious that you and I both in different ways but you and I both are experiencing a time in our lives where we have abundance. And both of us had a time in our lives where we had great needs your true friends like me will always be happy for you in your abundance sadly there are some people who aren't happy for others when they reach a certain point in their lives where they have more than what they used to. You and I both are able to buy things for our homes that at one time we only wished for. I have some drastic changes coming things that I dreamed for for many years but it's our day it's our time to shine and it humbles both of us I know I think as long as we never forget where we came from and we always focus on remembering the times when we didn't have much we can still have that empathy towards others but we also can rejoice in the moments that we're living in now where we do have abundance we worked hard very hard and we know that all blessings come from the Lord

I’m going to be 75 years old in 10 days but I remember being 16 years old, pregnant and without food. Now, I have an abundance. Yes, there have been times when my kids were small, that we could not always afford groceries. We have always had a garden, but my kids didn't get things like milk, chips, and fruit. I am always grateful for what I have. I live on Social Security now and a small retirement but I have everything I need. Not always everything I want but I know there are people who have a lot less. I totally got this video with your heart to heart. Ive been there, Ive had to scrape and roll change before to get enough to get milk and bread. Lord knows Im not rolling in the dough, but Im in such a better place right now. And even tho I lost my husband to cancer in December Im doing ok, Im struggling with bills and being alone, but Im still ok. The Lord blesses me everyday. When Im able to open my eyes everyday and enjoy this beautiful home that me and my late husband scrimped and saved to make it beautiful, but I thank the good Lord that I have a roof over my head, I have food, I have lights, I have water, I have 4 dogs, chickens and a conure that gets me through my lonely days, I have internet so I can watch your videos and be blessed to loved the Lord like you do. I so loved this video with a million huge thumbs up!! Thank you for that! I needed to be reminded of just how blessed I am.

I minimize in order to survive. Yes, I have been there and at times deal with it, but God gets me through one-day-at-a-time. 💝

That’s why I can’t stand “all glory be to god” because some people are not being blessed. Your channel took off when you started working harder and putting the time and effort in. And yet, after paying all my monthly bills I only have $28 until next month...I choose bills over gas for the car or even groceries so sometimes I don't eat 3 meals a dsy. God is blessing you and Aaron, it's a happy time. It's your season it's your time. Kimi, you can use flour or corn shells both are good. I also layer my shells like a casserole sometimes, two or three layers. I make mine with chicken too, that's what my family prefers. In my hot chicken, I add a little sour cream, a little cheese, a little sauce, then sauce on bottom of baking dish, top with sause, cheese, and black olives.

Absolutely! And before before I had Jesus in my life like I do now I would take negative comments to heart and now I don't anymore. I honestly just see them as people that need love. Almost like a cry for help and maybe they don't know it in the moment that that's what it is. And that's okay, but I know something I'm working on is not to get defensive whenever someone is not as sweet as I think you know should be because I try to be sweet to everybody. So when someone's not sweet to me, I'm like oh caught off guard a little bit. But God is definitely helping me see people's comments in a different way that is. There's not emotion involved anymore and I can just see the words and understand, possibly where they're coming from whereas before I definitely took it all personally lol. So glad it grew a little!
