There is a link on their website for people who have purchased prior to August 21st where if you put in the email of the account that you registered the app with, they will grandfather the functionality of the app without a subscription. But... They will be discontinuing support and features for older models. I was about to buy those containers, one in each size which I still will... Then see which I use more and buy a third. I was also going to buy 2 more of these cookers... But now I'm worried that in the future they will discontinue features again so I don't know. All I know is I went to cook my stored recipe and they wanted me to pay and now the app has minimal functionality until they get to grandfathering in my purchase. I'm just commenting to inform, not anything towards you, I decision on this purchase before I found your channel lol. But, maybe you should make a video on the details of this switch they did? Apparently we have until September 11 to get grandfather in
I’m not getting paid. You know I like the inkbird. I’m laying out the argument for why the Anova Nano 3.0 is perhaps a better place to start than the Inkbird. You don’t have to agree.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve been enjoying the summer with my family and haven’t needed the app for a while. I’ll look into this.
Huh? Wtf? Other than their app, the Inkbird blows the Anova away…in every measure.

I have the Inkbird. It's ok... No issues with performance but it is a bit bulkier. I do however hate the Inkbird app!
