The game was released once the season was over so of course senna and ratzeberger were omitted out of respect, as for the tracks since it’s a video game it makes no sense to kill the racing action
@@KayoMichiels the last chicane wasn't the problem, the lack of runoff in the sweeping section between the old pits hairpin and the chicane was the problem, and the long term fix was just to get rid of the sweepers (which is a shame because the cars looked incredible going through them)

Ah, 1994, the year we thought solid objects in the middle of the road was a safety feature 😂. Thanks for uploading!
Some changes were absolutely ridiculous...
Yeah and last minute
Like spain for example
They couldnt do much but slap a tire chicane in and made passing there illeagal
Silverstone and Monza make sense
honestly don't hate the silverstone alternate stowe, and if they'd kept it, schumacher is almost certainly an 8x wdc.
Yeah lets put a wall in middle of the track, that mean more security
lol
Spain, Canada, and Belgium's temporarily chicanes are hilarious.
@@chiojpn4409 yeah they were quite short notice in my opinion
@@Gulag_Express_Racingthe tyre chicane at Barcelona was introduced after first practice apparently
Probably the most bizarre year in F1
in Grand Prix 2 (1994 season) there´s no middle track walls, neither Senna or Ratzenberger..it is a parallel world.

That chicane at Canada was the most awful thing I’ve ever seen
@@fiftyin07 yep, it was that bad, they kept it for 1995 aswell. For 1996 they removed the chicane and made the whole thing a straight like today
@@Gulag_Express_Racing Lol... instead of making it harder.. they made it easier for the cars to go even faster towards the last chicane!
