Thank you, I just got back home from a week long trip. I didn't do any yoga during this week and my body really feels it. I found myself doomscrolling, and realizing I was avoiding being present because my physical body was in pain. I feel much better after doing this practice.
I am in love with this challenge! I suffer a lot with my sleep and usually I’m not able to put myself to sleep easily and the last few days I’ve just noticed that I’m sleeping so much better and I really think that these videos are the reason for that, so thank you very much Kassandra 🤍✨
I am a flower farmer and started getting back pain from overworking my muscles about 3 weeks ago. Your evening classes are really giving me some relaxation, relief and an activity to do. THANK YOU! Genius to offer night classes!

#Good evening! Day3-This was so yummy! As I allowed silence into my practice, I suddenly realized the tension and stress on my hips during the IT band stretch. I used my ujjayi breath in those tight spaces and repeated the affirmation. It was very helpful during the stretch.

This was a really good evening practice. I loved the creativity of the reclined pigeon pose but letting it fall to the side, I felt that one open up my hips

I have started re-doing this series as i have a torn calf muscle and have to take it easy but i still want to do some yoga. I find these stretches are perfect and can work around my injury.
