Sadly I do not think she has friends. Which is a really sad thing. Cause as she stated she is out at 10PM at night by herself, picking fights with random strangers. If she had friends she would probably be out with them not feeling the need to pick fights with people she doesn't know. Also it's funny how disgusted she is by Men, yet she perfectly fine talking to a Man, and doesn't feel scared or worried to do so. If I may be honest even women don't know what they want most of the time, and don't let them tell you differently.
Next, it depends on what situation you're in. Certain kinds of flirting are appropriate at certain times and not in others. I always liked the straightforward approach because I'm not mindreader. Flirt fine, but if you want to date then just say so. If you want something else then just come out and say it.
There're a lot of people who cannot read body language, male and female, and this is why miscommunications come into play so often. Tell people what you're thinking and feeling and things will go better; unless of course you find someone who can't handle the truth.

My problem with cat calling is knowing what it is... I mean, if I see a woman (I know) approaching me, I might call out a compliment, especially if I know she's about to go out on a date... Then I get berrated for cat calling by another woman... Also got called catcalling for using the refrain of Hey Ricky by Wierd Al to compliment my friend Nikkie. She thoughtnit was funny and sweet, but you don't shake off being called a misogynistic pig that easy... And I have a feeling Nikkie left feeling a little less beautiful because my compliment was degraded.
