In a way, Jason's trauma is the trauma of a generation, and to watch and experience his healing up this close is healing for all of us.
Finally Jason has a family without the destruction drama.

I agree because dick telling him that story he didn't know they did any of That and I was able to tell how left out he felt and I love how dick made sure that he wouldn't get left out in that by including him in and you can tell he felt like a true part of the family
The theme of Jason’s story is him still trying to cope with his past as an anti-hero, and trying be part of the bat fam more, and how Bruce’s death affected him
I'm actually surprised with the way they made Jason in this game. I thought he'd be an edgy prick 75% of the time and soften up in the latter half, but he's pretty chill throughout this one!
He still has his edgelord moments but for the most part he's pretty chill
While I do alternate between characters, Red Hood’s my personal favorite in this game.
Witnessing Jason’s story and his interactions with the Bat-Family and how they’re helping him cope is heartwarming.
HOLD ON WE GOTTA TALK A OUT THIS FRAMING. when jason says “some days i barely feel human” the camera is on his scarred side. when he says “let alone a better man” it’s on his non-scarred side AAAAAHHHH THATS SUCH A COOL DETAIL

He's 225lb and 6'2 in the comic this is how he should be in the comics the hair I kind of gotten use to and saw that as him leaving the old version of Jason behind

@@CornNNNick idk he still mentions it a couple of times but then again if you were killed by a psycho sociopath and then brought back to life like some Frankenstein you wouldn’t feel like you could just let that go too. Like Barbara said “it’s okay to not be okay with that”
@Gabi_da_shooter I think he meant like we never seen a Jason past being pissed about that and being pissed at batman. He does mention it but I like that he said that because in the scene Tim was afraid to say it because he know that was one of the worst moment in Jason life.

Omg! I love this!!! That guy just meets your heart with all he's been through.
I'm so confused as to why these are side activities? They seem like vital parts of these characters' arcs. Could've just been random encounters when you return to the Belfry.

@Savage Bacon Wow, that really sucks. Why would you put in the effort to write, animate, and voice such important scenes just to hide them in an optional side mission?
@Savage Bacon I don’t really think that’s the point though they are not supposed to impact the plot but more delve into each characters psyche and talk about how each character is dealing with the grief of losing Batman. Yeah the characters don’t all treat each other different as a result but that’s not the point either. It’s that you only every see part of the story. The stuff each character goes through is unique to their experience and no one else’s.

It really frustrates me because the writing for some of these characters clearly had love and thought put into them. Shame about the rest of the game though.

what's wrong with the rest of the game? i really can't understand what made it so bad in the eyes of everyone. it doesn't lack content, many side stories with batman villians. gameplay is average, great outfits,characters,story, the game looks great. i geniunly think that the only thing that makes this game bad is its comparison to arkham knight. a game with a much worse storyline.

@@thephoenix4093 I totally agree with you. I enjoy the presentation, characters, and overall vibe. However the combat for example is just not it. It didn't even have to be Arkham to be better than this and I feel we can agree on that.
Jason’s story #1 reminds me of how William’s anger and how he felt towards Yumi and the other Lyoko Warriors for basically treating him like the bad guy even after he was freed from Xana, Especially Yumi 😤

Which war was Alfred canonically in, for this timeline? Because c.the 2020s he's clearly too young to have served in WWII, even as a minor who lied about his age. The youngest WWII veterans are all well into their 80s & 90s by now. Was it Crimea? The Boer? The Falklands? VIetnam?
