The Union Budget of India for 2020-2021 will be presented by Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman on 1 February 2020, 11 am as her second budget. This will be the second budget of Narendra Modi led NDA government's second term.

Also this discussion is not complete, I listened to the whole conversation twice. Actually Professor Nageshwar Garu should start a channel "knowledge for the dumb" (some people may get offended) or a batter way, "for the less informed". It will be a huge hit. In USA some body wrote books with a title "....... for the dumb" a big success.
I guess teachers need to explain like this, correlating it to the things we easily understand, in this case it was about budget, but it can be any other subject like physics, chemistry or mechanical.
Lot of students miss it out when Jargon is used, once they know the meaning of it, then they can understand it well.
I guess explaining the jargon in simple language, by correlating with simple examples helps students very much, to an extent explaing it in mother tongue also helps.
Teachers need to be taught by Nageshwar Garu about how to teach so well and with ease.

It was British tradition where their main agricultural season was during November to March and harvest happening on March....so farmers income calculation was done from 1st April....
