- Need I say more? I love this video, shows some serious respect between myself and another extremely capable driver Nick Leverone. Wish they were all like this, unfortunately the standard of driving is worse than rush hour on 495 these days, enjoy it!
My rear hub ended up breaking a little bit after this so it robbed me of a great race, still had to upload this start.

There is nothing better than hard, close racing between two drivers who respect the sport and how they race their competitors. Great video.
100% this is how the opening lap of every class of racing should look. Sadly Spec Pinata has gotten its name from the fact that its cheap cars and lack of proper leadership in the sport. "they paid to come here and race too" All about the $$$ to the clubs not about teaching proper racecraft or respect. That is a damn fine bit of driving with you and Nick.

Appreciate it, head over to your local SCCA event and talk to some people in the pits, can learn a TON on how to get into it, and meet some wicked cool people in the process.
Very very rare to see the fine art of driving like that in any form of Motorsport ,they did not touch each other once as well esp on exits! This was no practice round either . This was full competition mode which shows even more how great these “boys” can drive and race.
The entire race was like that lap after lap…. All season. The F1 teams should know the real racers play SpecMiata.
