Contacted them. They said phase 4 and 5 will be bigger: 810sq for the homes and land space will be bigger and more expensive and to just watch their website to see when they blown the sign up portal. Phase 3 sold out because there were many people on the waitlist who didn’t get 1 and 2. Hope this helps.
