The houses at 1:35 looks like they starting phase 4 because they are bigger and does not have that indent at the back. I wish the developer would put a back porch as well so persons could put their washing machines there and wash since no laundry room is inside the house.
Chriss, nice video. It's sad that in the past you pay less you get bigger land space now you pay more and get smaller land space how that makes sense. On top of that, past developments are better located.
