    Thank u for posting this!! This is the exact one I bought the other day for $8 at a thrift store, it was in mind condition in a case and could not find a way to try to date it… can’t wait to restore it once I get the Victorionox oil in the mail

    Hi there. Question: what tip did you use to polish the magnifying lens? Also, did you use that tip to remove scuffs/scratches on the lens or was it just aesthetic? Cheers and thanks for sharing!

    The only thing I would change is the order. Everything you did in the second video first. Then apply the new scales.

    I like the way you find your own solutions. Do you give the knife a bath again after polishing with compound? Looks good!
