I think the tifon is gauze bandage wrap/rolls. I will definitely try this out because the thumb tape I use is super sticky and is very uncomfortable to re-adjust because the adhesive goes everywhere. Forever grateful for all the amazing advice you give Gabriel! Your coach is so cute.
Gabriel thank you. I hurt my back doing hang clean with only 85kg.. Im not sure why do you think my warmup was not sufficient? It felt very easy but made big pain at the bottom of the lat I hope I can still get stronger, I want to power clean 150 one day and Im 29 years old :[

This tips are good. I wish you make videos explaining "How to train for Weightlifting" and the vairables you need to know to construct a program by yourself. I know also that you have an app that does all that for a price, but it colud be valuable for the audience to have a basic framework of how works the things before deciding "oh yeah, this looks very cientific and logic. I want it"
It would be very interesting if you would do a youtube video that covers the rationale and technique for deadlifts and Romanian deadlifts in your training. How you program them and why. And also the reasons why you don't do clean pulls. It would also be interesting to understand if you recommend the same approach for young beginner lifters.

He talks about it being about your dominant leg, not your hand. That's the leg, for example, you would kick a ball with. That leg goes back

Can confirm that the thumb tapes are complete kaka! They tear instantly and you can't use them more than a couple of reps!

I've never torn through coban for thumb. I'm also an older lifter who hasn't done alot of work with big boy weights yet.
