Hi, medical student here. Would love to see a day in the life and also would like to see a video giving tips on how to search for ophthlamology residencies and things to look for in a residency.
All ring so true. Mostly 2, 7, and 8 for ophthal. I would also add, the most important soft skill to get far as a junior doctor in a team with seniors: be useful. Similar vein to #2, it's not what you know, it's how quickly you can arrange a scan, order a blood test for the next day, or run to get a coffee for your tired and stressed registrar. This will take you far.🎉
Hey , hope u are doing well. I am an IMG and really want to pursue ophthal . Can u please make a detailed video about what should an IMGs do to increase their chances of match in ophthalmology, like if u an recommend any courses, research work, training programs etc
Hlw brother.. I am working as an medical officer in an opthalmic institution..name sight savers...can you help me. How i can apply to get a fellowship and scholarship in an eye University. If you know.please help me..thank you in advance ❤❤❤
Great to see you back, Zac! 😊 Can you give us a tour of your cool new workplace? Would love that (like your previous videos) or what South Dakota is like. We recently had a guest speaker at our hospital from your practice. Stay well!
I appreciate the advice and knowledge you share. Your videos significantly influenced my decision to research Ophthalmology in medical school. Thank you for shaping my dream!
It’s crazy seeing your progress. I was torn between ophtho and neuro and ultimately matched neuro. Your less is more philosophy resonates with my evolving thought process as I’m progressing through residency.
Would love a day in the life
Will do 👍🏻❤️

Sir how much do you earn as a doctor in fellowship? Plz reply. Thanks a lot.
Hi, it depends on where you do your fellowship. Where I trained it was around 70,000. Although I am no longer a fellow.
Glad to see the videos starting back up, would also love to follow along during your day. Have a great rest of the week 😊
Thank you, will do!
