I accidentally put whole coffee beans into the ground coffee compartment, which caused the coffee machine to jam. If you remove the water container, there’s an access cover underneath for the brew unit. By opening it, you can access and clean the brew unit. In my case, the brew unit got stuck in an intermediate position, making it impossible to remove. Here’s what I did: 1. I plugged the machine in and turned it on. The brew unit moved under the ground coffee compartment. 2. I unplugged the machine (without pressing the power button). In this position, I was able to scrape out some of the beans from the brew unit. 3. I then plugged the machine back in and turned it off using the power button, followed by unplugging it again. This allowed the brew unit to move into the correct position, and I was able to remove and clean it. I hope this helps someone.
Omg, thanks for the show. What tools to I need to access the grinder? Grinder for my unit no longer works and I'm unable to find a authorized dealer to help fix it. Hopefully I can follow along this video to see if I can troubleshoot it. :)
I found this helpful for cleaning our coffee machine, however I think you might have missed a few steps when reassembling it. I was trying to be careful to follow what you were doing on the reassembly, but I have a hose clip and 5 screws spare. I have downloaded the video for watching later, so I can see where I missed putting the screws back.
You did not mention to connect lower hose on 21:50 and I went all the way with front panel. Shame, oterwise good tutorial, but this just makes it lame. Correct it please. Thanks
