This was a lovely , informed conversation but if you really want to get fascinated then explore Buteyko breathing and Patrick McKeown . His depth & understanding is incredible. I have learned through his teachings and am an oxygen advantage instructor. My reading and learning continues . The Breathing Cure by Patrick McKeown is a must read as are his many books . So Mo should interview him . He really is the expert with his own lived experience and his passion to convert us all to nose breathing for health of mind and body is his goal.

This was amazing! Thank you so much. I'm binge watching all your podcasts now :) I have an amazing recommendation, is it possible for me to reach out and possibly make an introduction?

I find it challenging to remain calm even in extraordinary situations. Stress seems a constant companion, and I wish I knew how to avoid it. Sometimes, the stress is due to my problems, while at other times, it could be because of someone else's troubles. I'm trying to explain my feelings. Recently, someone told me that there is a breathing technique that can help relieve stress. At first, I thought it was silly, but I'm willing to try anything that might work. Generally, I'm a healthy person, and my doctor can attest to that. I raised them to eat the same food we eat at home, and they never had baby food. Blum Moon, I have a good habit of avoiding junk food; although I indulge once in a Blum Moon, I don't have a sweet tooth but crave salty food. I never introduce snacks to myself or my kids. I only eat once a day, which would be like four in the afternoon, and if it’s later than that, just because I had a meeting at work and I come home late, it would be sliced tomato with mozzarella or cheese. In my past life, I was a mouse. That’s my most significant problem: cheese. The only health problem I have is related to stress and my thyroid. I plan to buy a book on stress management and follow the advice. Thank you for your education.
I look forward to reading a book.
