    Thank you Isabella!
Why did you remove the previous video if I may ask?

There was quite a bit of criticism in the comments, maybe that's why?

Have you ever used yoga to cross train or complement your dancing? And if so, how and at what point(s) in the year (major work times versus breaks) would you recommend implementing it?

Thank u so much for this Bella! I took a ballet break for almost 6 months cause my mental health was definitely not in a very good place at the time:( but finally I’m ready and I’m coming back the next week! I’m pretty much excited but at the same time a little bit afraid cause my body it’s definitely not prepared as it was before, but I think that following your advice it will be much easier for me to get back in shape ☺️ thank u so so much! Have a really good day ❤

I am not a runner or cyclist, and I would really love to know what is the best cardio for me to do? (I can go swimming only once in a while since there is no swimming pool near me 🤷🏼‍♀️)?
Also, great advices and video as per usual 💜💜💜
    Kind regards from Slovenia 🇸🇮

The things I like for cardio was just to do another type of dance, just for the fun not doing technical training but just learning choreography (and then proceeding to dance them horribly with zero technique) for exemple I learned some broadway choreography, I think it helped me staying passionate about dance to sometimes dance with no pressure to perform or progress

Hello, Isabella. And who would you be interested in giving an interview to yourself? The path you have taken is very difficult, but a very interesting way to become a professional ballerina is respected. And despite the fact that after watching almost all of your videos and learning a lot about you, there are still questions. which I would like to get answers to. I understood that you have finished your professional career and now you are a teacher, teacher, coach, educator, etc.Maybe there is already such an interview, but I didn't find it. I admire your perseverance, courage, self-discipline, charm. And I also want to repeat the words already said by someone that Isabella is an exquisite ballerina, I would add - piece, museum. I'm sorry I didn't find a video of your performance on stage. I am not an expert in ballet, but only an interested spectator. I hope that life will thank you. And what would you be interested in; to be a teacher in the theater or at school, or maybe a stage director?
