    Both Dark Stars have the same BTU output, 65k. The only difference is that one is stainless steel. The Edelmetall hit 72k but also has better build quality and leg extensions. The Blichmann (not shown for some reason) hits a whopping 140k for the same price as the Edelmetall. So the choice becomes really clear then. The cheap regular black Dark Star or the Blichmann.

    Couldn’t you change out the banjo on the Darkstar for something with more surface area and BTU output?

      It would indeed. It's a lot of power to cook/boil large-volume kettles for whatever you need might be.
